White-labeling

White-labeling the Kyndryl Modern Operations Applications allows you to apply your branding to the portal.
This role-based feature enables in-App theme and branding customization across specific Kyndryl Modern Operations Applications pages, including the main portal and each of the applications' dashboards (Only the
Get Started
pages).
White-labeling has been enabled to accommodate new branding elements and to allow basic customization needs like color, images and other media. This feature helps you to create a personalized branding experience and move away from the classic view of the Kyndryl Modern Operations Applications portal pages.
The white-labeling feature can be reached from two different sections and requires specific Kyndryl Modern Operations Applications role permissions: the
Theme Customization
can be accessed by the
System Administrator
role only, and the
Kyndryl Modern Operations Applications Portal
can be accessed by the
Platform Administrator
role only.

Kyndryl Modern Operations Applications portal

The customization of the portal is performed using the edit buttons available in each of the customizable sections in the portal. This customization also applies to each of the subscriptions' dashboards (Only the
Get Started
pages).
A new feature to have the translated versions of the customizable sections, such as the
More Services
and
footer
sections of the portal, has been added. The translation feature allows you to translate the information you input in these sections into any of the languages supported by Kyndryl Modern Operations Applications.
The translated content is displayed based on your browser's language, as the system finds the JSON file that matches the language of your browser. This translation feature is application specific, and the customizable sections are translated only for the specific portal page that you want to translate.
The following sections can be customized in the Kyndryl Modern Operations Applications portal page and the subscriptions' dashboards:
  1. Header:
    a. Click the
    Edit header
button to replace the header’s banner.
