API keys management
Understand API keys, which are used as an authentication mechanism for API calls.
Portal users, who log into the system, and system users, who perform integrations with other back-end systems, can have API keys.
Generating an API key
To access the Developer Console and generate an API Key, follow these steps:
- Click theuser profile iconin the upper-right side of the Kyndryl Modern Operations Applications portal.
- SelectDeveloper Console.
- Select theAPI Keytab.
- ClickGenerate. The new API key displays.
