Audit logs download

Audit logs downloads facilitates the display and analysis of record.
You can download your audit logs. Sightly different rules apply to downloading audit logs of greater than 10,000 than do to downloading audit logs of fewer than 10,000.

Downloading audit logs larger than 10k

This section applies only to downloads larger than 10,000 line items.
When you click the Download button, a dialog box opens.
Only the first 10,000 records will be downloaded. Use the Search function to refine your search.
Click
Continue
 to download the first 10,000 line items. Click
Cancel
 to return to the Audit Logs page. Another dialog window displays
  1. Click the corresponding radio button to download in either JSON or CSV format.
  2. Type a password that can be used to view the file.
Passwords should consist of a minimum eight (8) characters, with at least one (1) of each: uppercase letter, lowercase letter, number, and special character. If the password does not meet these requirements, you will not be able to continue.

    Show
    -
    Hide
     toggle button to view the password as text or asterisks.
  2. Click
    Continue
     to download the first 10,000 line items. Click
    Cancel
     to return to the Audit Log page.
The downloaded file displays in the lower-left corner of the page. Double-click to view it.

Downloading audit logs smaller than 10k

This section applies only to downloads smaller than 10,000 line items.
When you click the Download button, a dialog box opens.
  1. Click the corresponding radio button to download in either JSON or CSV format.
  2. Type a password that can be used to view the file.
