Onboarding Enterprise Marketplace

Administrators are required to create and manage user roles and grant permissions.

Learning objective:

  • Designate the appropriate permissions using the teams and roles.

Prerequisite

  • Be an Enterprise Marketplace Administrator or have the appropriate permissions to perform all steps.
To complete the set up phase, administrators must complete the initial 3 steps in the
User Access Management
platform:

Steps:

Create an organization

  1. On the
    Access User
    platform, click >
    Main menu
      >
    Admin
    >
    User Access
    >
    Organizations
    >
    Organization +
    .
  2. Enter the required information and click >
    Create
    .

Create users

  • On the
    User Access
    platform click >
    User Access+
    > enter the required information > select the specific team >
    Create.

    -> add required information -> add
    Roles and Users
    ->
    Create
    .

Assign users and roles to teams

  • On the
    User Access platform
    click ->
    View Details
    ->
    Add Role
    -> select
    CAM Administrator
    -> enter the required information.
  • In
    Business Entities
    click ->
    Organizations
    ->
    Landing
    -> All to apply context values ->
    Add
    .
