How to run an API on Google Console to enable GCP pricing in Enterprise Marketplace.
Before GCP pricing can be used in Enterprise Marketplace, the GCP Cloud Billing API must be enabled on the Google Console. To do so, complete these steps:
  1. Navigate to the GCP Console at http://console.cloud.google.com/.
  2. In the right Navigation pane, click
    APIs & Services
     →
    Library
    .
  3. In the Search field, enter
    Cloud bill
    .
  4. Locate and click
    Cloud Billing API
    .
  5. Click
    Enable
    .
To test that this is enabled properly, navigate to https://cloudbilling.googleapis.com/v1/services?key=<YOUR API KEY HERE>. If valid data is received, you have enabled the Cloud Billing API correctly and your API key is valid.
