Which countries have access to Kyndryl Bridge, and does it support globalization?
Kyndryl Bridge supports globalization. Kyndryl Bridge Integrated AIOps service is available to all core and strategic customers worldwide. Starting with the US, customers can access a new catalog of services and start requesting consultations if they sign-up with a business email ID. Other countries would follow subsequently.

What is the registration process to access Kyndryl Bridge? Do I need to create an account?
Yes. A Bridge account provides you with access to various significant functionalities.
  • Visitor: Visit the Kyndryl Bridge site and sign up for an account in the top right corner of the page. As a visitor, you can explore select features, such as viewing the catalog of services and scheduling a free 30-minute consultation to acquire a deeper understanding of Bridge services.
  • Enterprise: Contact a Kyndryl representative to create an Enterprise account. An Enterprise account allows you to request quotations, subscribe to multiple services, contact support, and access the Console to manage your services.
I have signed up for Bridge, but I did not receive my activation email, what do I do?
Contact the Bridge support team by sending an email.
I received my invitation email, but the token has expired. Can it be reused?
No. Both the invitation link and authentication token can only be used once. If the token has expired, contact the Bridge support team.
I am new to Kyndryl, after I received my invitation email, am I able to login right away?
Yes. From the email invitation follow these steps:
  1. Copy the link and open it in your browser’s incognito mode.
  2. Fill out the form with your personal information.
  3. Click
    Sign up
    and set up your password.
  4. You’ll receive another email to verify your account details.
  5. Click
    Activating your Kyndryl ID
    and set up the two-factor authentication or skip this step for another time.
I have subscribed to a service, but I can’t find it in Bridge. How can I start using it?
Once your subscription has been activated, follow these steps from the Kyndryl Bridge main page:
  1. Log in
    to Bridge in the top right corner of the page.
  2. Click the
    Console
    link in the top right corner of the global navigation bar. The
    Console
    interface provides a unified operational view to optimize IT operations.
  3. Once you are redirected, click the
    Services Switcher
    icon, located in the top left corner of the global navigation bar. The
    Services Switcher
    is a hub where you can access and use all your active services.
  4. From there, select the service that you want to use.
I have explored Kyndryl Bridge, but I still need more information about its services. What can I do?
Log in with your Bridge account and book a consultation with a Kyndryl expert for any of the services available in the service catalog
How can I contact support if I am experiencing issues with Bridge?
Locate the
Create Support Request
link, available both at the bottom and at the top right of any Bridge page.  When submitting a support request, make sure to identify the specific area of the platform that has issues. If the problem occurs on the Integrated AIOPs site ( https://delivery.kyndryl.net/home/), select
Kyndryl Artificial Intelligence for IT Operations
as your issue source. Otherwise, select
Bridge Platform (Marketplace or Console)

What are Bridge Common Services?
Common Services are a set of solutions, services, and capabilities provided by Kyndryl Bridge. They range from ordering, provisioning, and delivering of services to observability, telemetry, and automation
What Common Services will I get with my account?
Every Bridge enterprise account includes a range of default Common Services as part of the value proposition. These applications will be gradually added over time. Currently, your account comes with Identity & Access Management (IAM), Connections, Common Discovery, Common Metrics, Container Cluster Management (CCM), Common Actions, and Common Inventory as default features. Additional Common Services coming up include Tags, Audit, Topology, and more.
What is IAM?
Identity Access Management (IAM) facilitates the management of out-of-the-box role-based access controls, custom roles, access groups, access policies, and attribute-based access controls. This authorization model improves the user experience by increasingly converging all authorization and access management in one single place to better govern the capabilities of all Kyndryl Bridge services.
What is Connections?
Connections enhance Kyndryl Bridge services' capabilities by connecting multiple external technology providers that interact with the platform, all in one convenient location.

What is Common Discovery?
Discovery provides users with the ability to view the most recent discovery status information, including the time, duration, and number of assets discovered per cloud provider for each asset account. This service is designed to help users troubleshoot discovery errors and gain insights into any technical problems that may have prevented asset discovery, such as authentication failure.
What are the benefits of Common Discovery?
  • Real-time visibility: Discovery offers real-time visibility into users’ multi-cloud and virtualized on-premises infrastructure. It provides out-of-the-box support for popular cloud providers.
  • IT estate visibility: Users can easily access the status of immediate discovery, the number of resources and metrics discovered, error messages, and error reasons.
  • Easy extensibility: Discovery allows users to incorporate their own data and further customize their asset management experience
  • Synchronization process and real-time updates: Discovery establishes continuous synchronization, keeping the asset inventory up to date. It tracks changes in cloud environments, such as resource additions or removals, and reflects these updates in a centralized repository. This enables accurate asset management, including metrics and governance.
What is Common Inventory?
Inventory serves as a trusted single system of record discovery of the entire IT infrastructure. It creates a complete, up-to-date, and accurate record while providing data integrity and consistency.
What are the benefits of Common Inventory?
  • Real-time visibility: It offers real-time visibility into users’ multi-cloud and virtualized on-premises infrastructure. It provides out-of-the-box support for popular cloud providers.
  • IT resources observability: Users can utilize a comprehensive dashboard that offers a holistic view of all aspects of their IT estate. It includes features such as resource tags management, an interactive dashboard, and views of applications and resources based on providers, accounts, applications, environments, and operating systems.
  • Easy extensibility: Inventory allows users to incorporate their own data to enhance the discovery process and further customize their asset management experience.
How can I request a quote or subscribe to the Common Discovery and Common Inventory services?
Discovery and Inventory are default services for a limited period and do not require a separate quote or subscription. They are automatically enabled upon creation of a Bridge Enterprise account.
How can I start consuming Common Discovery and Common Inventory?
Although these applications are enabled by default, a simple configuration is required. This involves three simple steps:
  1. Invite and manage application users through the Identity and Access Management framework (IAM) accessible via the Bridge Console secondary menu.
  2. Centralize the management of vault credentials data by navigating in the Connections page. Go to Console, select
  3. Allow between 2 and 24 hours for the Common Discovery synchronization process to complete. Once finished, return to the application by navigating to the Bridge Console.
I have Common Inventory enabled and I still do not see any data. Where is the data come from?
Common Inventory is sourced from Common Discovery data. The data can be seen once Common Discovery service is properly configured (including connection) and the synchronization process is completed. Then, you can start reviewing data on Common Inventory services.

How is Common Metrics enabled?
Common Metrics is enabled by default. Metrics is displayed automatically under the Services Switcher menu. 
What permission I need to access Common Metrics?
Make sure to have Common metrics permission based on the Common Discovery service. 
What are the benefits of Common Metrics?
  • Filter the data based on the provider accounts.
  • Review the subscribed metrics module in Metrics page.
  • Download the previous run history in .JSON format.
I have Common Metrics enabled and I still do not see any data. Where is the data come from?
Common Metrics is sourced from Common Discovery data. Therefore, make sure to have Common Discovery services enabled so you can start reviewing data on Common Metrics services.

Common Actions

How can I request access to Common Actions? 
Authorized customers can view the Actions into the applications enabled by default under the Services Switcher menu. 
Which access policies are required to have Common Actions?
You will need to have the "Actions register admin" permissions as part of the "Platform Administrator". To assign admin permissions only to specific dedicated user as admin for "Actions", this user should have "Platform Viewer" and "Actions Administrator and Register Admin" access policies. Kindly note that services can be provisioned from IAM page.
Once you have access to Common Actions, how can I view the data?
Make sure to import actions from the Actions Admin page. You can import out-of-the-box (OOTB) or bring your own actions. 
What are the benefits of Common Actions? 
  • Allows to manage your resources using a simple action or orchestration of actions.
  • Helps to remove most of the human error from processes by executing actions with just one click, avoiding manual and repetitive work.
  • Collects data on everything you do, filing it into reports that you can analyze and to identify issues in your processes you might not have noticed.
  • Allows to filter resources based on the application they are affiliated to, providing a general state of your application inventory.
  • Tracks and shows important attributes related to a resource action by displaying the historical data of all actions executed by type or status.
