Discover key metrics and insights on service performance and status in the Service Overview tab.
The Service Overview tab provides
key information about the performance and status of a service. You can select the date range to know the service overview for a specific period. Service Overview provides information about the following metrics:
Mean Time to Respond by Tool (Hours):
Displays the average time taken in hours to respond to a security threat or incident after it occurs.
Mean Time to Resolve by Tool (Hours):
Displays the average time taken in hours for complete restoration of the affected resources.
Mean Time to Detect by Tool (Hours):
Displays the average time taken in hours to identify a security threat or incident after it occurs.

link available below the KPIs to get a drilldown view of the Event Status, Event severity, and Event Details.
Service Tools:
It displays the number of service tools integrated in a bar chart and tabular view. You can select the desired format from the
Toggle View Mode
option. You can download the content in CSV, PNG, and JPG formats by clicking on the
Download Menu
option available in the right corner of the Service Tools section.
Event Severity:
It displays the number of events based on the severity in a bar chart and tabular view. You can select the desired format from the
Toggle View Mode
option. You can download the content in CSV, PNG, and JPG formats by clicking on the
Download Menu
option available in the right corner of the Service Tools section. You can click on the

The Service Overview tab is available for all accounts by default. The rest of the tabs, such as SIEM, EDR, and VM, will be available based on the customer selections.
