Explore the Console page, including dashboards and widgets, that allows you to see the most important platform and service information from one single place.
Console aims to deliver a “One Experience” platform for Kyndryl customers, providing a unified operational view that optimizes IT operations through real-time insights from multiple sources, controls, alerts, and reporting. It enables you to manage business actions on requests initiated in the Kyndryl Bridge Services Catalog, including consultations, quotations and subscriptions, and also provides functionality for active subscriptions registered to your Console account. Business actions available include viewing, editing, or canceling requests, or generating requests to leverage specific aspects of an active subscription, depending on the Service's defined options. Overall, Console enables you to "see the whole picture" across services and environments without needing to switch contexts.
Here are some of the key capabilities of Console:
Launching services directly from the Kyndryl Bridge Console.
Enabling widgets in the Kyndryl Bridge Console to monitor key insights without launching the actual service, creating a cohesive operational view across Kyndryl services.
Providing unified navigation from the Kyndryl Bridge Console to applications or digital solutions for a consistent experience and interface design.
Offering direct access to IAM, cloud credentials management and more through Kyndryl Bridge Common Services.
Console's dashboard customization capabilities allow you to build a personalized experience by creating multiple dashboards and populating them with widgets from Kyndryl Bridge and your subscribed services.
