User Onboarding

Learn how to get access to the Continuous Controls Monitoring and Management Console
After subscribing to the Continuous Controls Monitoring and Management dashboard, user onboarding is required to gain access to the Continuous Controls Monitoring and Management console. This step ensures that the right individuals have the necessary permissions to view and manage compliance data. Onboarding helps maintain security, proper governance, and role-based access control for your organization.
How do I get access to the Continuous Controls Monitoring and Management Console?
To access the Continuous Controls Monitoring and Management dashboard from Kyndryl Bridge, you can sign up or register as an individual user or as a user on a customer account.
  • If you choose to sign up as an individual user, you will get a personal account.
  • If you need to sign up for a Customer Account, contact your Kyndryl account focal. The Kyndryl Delivery/Account team will invite you to the specific customer account.
New user sign-up:
If you are new to Kyndryl Bridge, follow these steps:
  1. You can either sign up as an individual user on Kyndryl Bridge or use the sign-up link provided by Kyndryl (for customer account users).
  2. Enter the following details: Corporate email, First and Last name, Country code.
  3. Check the box to provide consent.
  4. Click
    Sign-Up
    . A new page will be displayed.
  5. Enter the password corresponding to the corporate email you added previously. An email from Kyndryl is automatically sent to your email account.
  6. Go to your email account, look for this message, and click the
    Activate Kyndryl ID Accoun
    t
     button. You will be redirected to the Kyndryl Bridge Home page.
  7. Set your preferred multi-factor authentication method. If you would like to perform this action later, select
    Set up Later
    .
  8. Navigate to the Kyndryl Bridge Catalog on your browser or application.
  9. Search for the Continuous Controls Monitoring and Management service.
  10. Click the Subscribe button to subscribe to the Continuous Controls Monitoring and Management service.
  11. Follow any additional prompts to confirm your subscription.
  12. Once subscribed, you will find the Continuous Controls Monitoring and Management dashboard available under
    Services
    .
Existing user Sign in:
For existing users, signing in is required every time you access your Kyndryl Bridge account:
  1. Go to the
    Kyndryl Bridge
     home page.
  2. Go to the
    Sign-In
    dropdown menu at the top right corner.
  3. Select the
    Login
     option from the list. Enter your company email ID.
  4. Click
    Next
    .
  5. Enter the password associated with your email account.
  6. Click
    Verify
    .
  7. Authenticate the account using your preferred two-factor authentication method. You will now be redirected to the Kyndryl Bridge Home page.
  8. Navigate to the Kyndryl Bridge Catalog on your browser or application.
  9. Search for the Continuous Controls Monitoring and Management service.
  10. Click the
    Subscribe
     button to subscribe to the Continuous Controls Monitoring and Management service.
  11. Follow any additional prompts to confirm your subscription.
  12. Once subscribed, you will find the Continuous Controls Monitoring and Management dashboard available under the
    Services
     to choose from.
