User Onboarding

Learn how to access I-AIOps through Kyndryl Bridge.
To access I-AIOps through Kyndryl Bridge, you can sign up or register as an individual user or as a user on a Customer Account.
  • If you choose to sign up as an individual user, you will get a personal account.
  • If you need to sign up for a Customer Account, contact your Kyndryl account focal. The Kyndryl Delivery/Account team will invite you to the specific Customer Account.
New user sign-up
If you're new to Kyndryl Bridge and haven't registered yet, follow these steps to get started:
  1. You can either sign up directly on Bridge as an individual user or use the link received from Kyndryl for sign-up if you're assigned to a customer account.
  2. Enter the following details: Corporate email, First and Last name, Country code.
  3. Check the box for consent.
  4. Click
    Sign-Up
    .
  5. A new page will be displayed. Enter the password corresponding to the corporate email you added previously.
  6. An email from Kyndryl is automatically sent to your email account. Go to your email account, look for this message, and click the
    Activate Kyndryl ID Account
    button.
  7. You will be redirected to the Kyndryl Bridge Home page.
  8. Set the multi-factor authentication method of your preference. If you would like to perform this action later, select the
    Set up Later
    button.
Existing user Sign in
For existing users, signing in is required every time you access your Kyndryl Bridge account:
  1. Go to the Kyndryl Bridge Home page.
  2. Go to the
    Sign-In
    dropdown menu at the top right corner.
  3. Select the
    Login
    option from the list.
  4. Enter your company email ID.
  5. Click
    Next.
  6. Enter the password corresponding to the email account.
  7. Click
    Verify
    .
  8. Authenticate the account using the two-factor authentication of your preference.
  9. You will now be redirected to the Kyndryl Bridge Home page.
