Validate and publish the action
Describes how to validate and publish an action that has been onboarded.
Once the action has been onboarded, the action will be displayed under the draft tab. You need to validate if all definitions are properly added before publishing the action.
To access the Common Services dashboard, click
Common Services
page from the top navigation bar on the right side of the page.- ClickActions Onboarding.
- From theActions Adminpage, select theDraft/WIPtab.
- Find the action that needs to be validated and click the overflow menu.
- Select theDetailsoption from the menu.
- A new page with all the action details is displayed. Review and make the correspondent changes by clicking theEdit detailsbutton.
- Once the information is correct, click theValidatebutton.
- Click theSavebutton.
- Click thePublishbutton.
