Common Actions: Importing locally

Learn how to onboard actions from your local file system.
Users can onboard all actions contents applicable to all the Public Cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP, Alibaba) and private cloud like VRA using import option from a local source.
Prerequisites:
  • The data must be in your system.
  • Only .ZIP files with a maximum size of 50MB can be imported.

To import from a local source

  1. From the tenant dashboard, click the
    Main Menu
    .
  2. Select
    Actions
    .
  3. Click
    Actions Onboarding
    .
  4. From the
    Actions Admin
     page, click the
    onboard action +
     button.
  5. Select the following import option:
    Import from file system
  6. Click
    Ok
    .
  7. A new window is displayed. Click
    Upload file
    .
  8. Click the
    Add files
     button and select the metadata file on your system. Otherwise, drag and drop the files in the box.
  9. Click
    Open
    .
  10. Click
    Import
    . A message informs you of the success or failure. If the process is successful, the action is added in the
    Drafts
     tab of the
    Actions Admin
     page.
