Subscriptions management

Manage and track subscription requests by viewing their status, updating progress, canceling, or handling requests directly from the subscriptions page.
The Subscriptions page presents you with four cards that display the following information:
  • Total
    : The total of requests received across all statuses.
  • Requested
    : The total subscription requests made.
  • In Progress
    : The total of subscriptions under the following statuses:
    • Generating Contract
    • Contract Ready for Review
    • Contract Signed
    • In Progress
    • Pending Cancellation
  • Active
    : The total requests under Active status.
The Subscriptions table list displays the following information:
  1. Order ID: Unique identifier associated with the customer's subscription request.
  2. Initiated by: Email address of the person who made the request.
  3. Customer: Name of the customer who made the request.
  4. Service Offerings: Name of the service offering that has been requested.
  5. Package: Name of the service package selected.
  6. Order Date: Date when the request was submitted.
  7. Status: Status of the customer’s subscription request.
  8. Actions: Ability to interact with your subscription request. Select one of the following options depending on the status of your subscription:
Use the pagination actions at the bottom of the page to navigate through all your subscription requests, as well as the filter capabilities to find the subscription of your interest.

Draft
A customer subscription is in draft mode but has not been submitted yet.
View Request: When selecting the
Viewing Request
option from the subscriptions table list, a new page displays your customer’s request details.
At this point in the flow, there’re no actions to trigger yet.
Subscription Request Received
A customer subscription has been sent to the Service Provider team for review.
  1. View Request: When selecting the
    Viewing Request
    option from the subscriptions table list, a new page displays your customer’s request details. Alternatively, you can
    Update Status
    to move forward with the subscription flow or
    Cancel Request
    if needed.
  2. Update Status: When selecting the
    Update Status
    option from the subscription table list, you are moving forward with your customer's subscription flow.
When the customer requests cancellation, you can revert the request to
in progress
or
submitted
status instead of just canceling the request.
Generating Contract
You are working on creating a contract for your customer.
Contract Ready for Review
Your contract is ready to send to your customer.
Contract Signed
The customer has accepted the contract you have generated.
Provisioning in Progress
The Service Provider is working on enabling the customer’s service.
View Request: When selecting the
Viewing Request
option from the subscriptions table list, a new page displays your customer’s request details.
Important: At this point in the flow, there’re no actions to trigger yet.
Active
The customer’s subscription is now active, and they can start using your service.
View Request: When selecting the
Viewing Request
option from the subscriptions table list, a new page displays your customer’s request details.
Expired
The customer's subscription has expired based on your contract terms.
View Request: See customer’s subscription request details to properly manage the request.
At this point in the flow, there’re no more actions to trigger.
Pending Cancellation
You requested to cancel the customer’s subscription.
View Request: When selecting the
Viewing Request
option from the subscriptions table list, a new page displays your customer’s request details.
At this point in the flow, there’re no more actions to trigger.
Canceled
The customer’s subscription has been canceled.
View Request: When selecting the
Viewing Request
option from the subscriptions table list, a new page displays your customer’s request details.
At this point in the flow, there’re no more actions to trigger.
Decommissioning
The customer’s service is getting deactivated.
View Request: When selecting the
Viewing Request
option from the subscriptions table list, a new page displays your customer’s request details.
At this point in the flow, there’re no more actions to trigger.
Provisioning Failed
The customer’s service provisioning has failed.
  1. View Request: When selecting the
    Viewing Request
    option from the subscriptions table list, a new page displays your customer’s request details. 
  2. Update Status: This action restarts the service provisioning.
Denied
The provisioning request has been denied.
View Request: When selecting the
Viewing Request
option from the subscriptions table list, a new page displays your customer’s request details.
At this point in the flow, there’re no more actions to trigger.
Validating
The Service Provider is processing the customer request.
View Request: When selecting the
Viewing Request
option from the subscriptions table list, a new page displays your customer’s request details.
At this point in the flow, there’re no more actions to trigger.
Activating
The customer’s service is getting activated for customer’s use.
View Request: When selecting the
Viewing Request
option from the subscriptions table list, a new page displays your customer’s request details.
At this point in the flow, there’re no more actions to trigger.
Activation Failed
The customer’s service failed to get activated.
View Request: When selecting the
Viewing Request
option from the subscriptions table list, a new page displays your customer’s request details.
At this point in the flow, there’re no more actions to trigger.
