My dashboard

My dashboard allows to manage and respond consultation, quote, and subscriptions requests from my dashboard and notifications table list.
Kyndryl Bridge enables a service provider account with access to a dashboard to manage the lifecycle of the customer engagement. It helps service providers to implement solutions faster by accessing a consistent framework of tools to administer, deliver, manage, and orchestrate a wide array of services across practices and partners, and environments to reduce manual tasks.
Service Provider (SP) dashboard allows service providers to quickly access, handle and update information related to requests for their services. In addition, it allows to reduce cycles times for customers acquiring new services. This is all possible thanks to the main capabilities listed below:
  • Ability to manage and respond to consultation requests:
    • Send email notifications with customer-requested timing.
    • Provide status updates and feed those updates to customer’s Bridge My Console.
    • Track requests to ensure timely response to requests.
  • Ability to manage and respond to quote requests:
    • Send email notifications with status updates and next steps.
    • Pass highly informed lead passed with customer-identified configurations.
    • Align configurations with service elements and attributes.
    • Provide status updates and feed those updates to customer’s Bridge My Console.
    • Follow current quoting processes and upload final quote to Bridge once delivered to customer.
    • Track requests to ensure timely response to requests.
  • Ability to manage and respond to subscription requests:
    • Send email notifications with status updates and next steps.
    • Pass highly informed lead passed with customer-identified configurations.
    • Align configurations with service elements and attributes.
    • Provide status updates and feeds those updates to customer’s Bridge My Console.
    • Follow current contracting, signature, and billing processes.
    • Kick off Bridge provisioning workflow (if service enabled).
    • Track requests to ensure timely response to requests.

Accessing my dashboard

To access the dashboards, click the
Dashboard
icon located at the top right of the page.
The dashboard page displays a summary of the most important transactions with your account and displays three different cards with relevant information:
  • The
    Subscriptions
    card displays the total number of subscriptions in your workflow. Additionally, it highlights the number of new subscription requests.
  • The
    Quotations
    card displays the total number of quotations in your workflow. Additionally, it highlights the number of new quotation requests.
  • The
    Consultations
    card displays the total number of consultations in your workflow. Additionally, it highlights the number of new consultation requests.
Select any card to see more details and manage your customer requests. An error message is displayed to inform users when requests cannot be completed.
Once in the Dashboard Home, you can perform a series of actions to manage your customers' requests:

Notifications table list

The dashboard page also presents you with a
Notifications
table list that displays the latest notifications available in your account. This list presents you with the following information:
  • Type: Type of the notification (consultation, quotation, or subscription).
  • Initiated by: Email address and customer name of the person who made the request.
  • Service Offerings: Name of the service offering and package that has been requested.
  • Description: Description of the notification including the latest update.
  • Date: Date when the notification was triggered.
  • Actions: Hyperlink to direct you to the respective section in the Service Provider Dashboard (Quotations, Consultations, or Subscriptions).
The unread notifications are marked with a teal color circle next to the type of notification. After you have read your notification, this mark disappears, marking it is a read notification.
Click the chevron down arrow to see more details about the notification.
Use the pagination actions at the bottom of the page to navigate through all your notifications, as well as the filter capabilities to find the notification of your interest.

Service Provider Graphs

The Service Provider dashboard page presents you with summary graphs categorized by subscriptions, quotations, and consultations. 
  • Subscriptions Chart
    : The Subscriptions vertical stacked bar represents the total number of subscriptions in your account, the name of the customer, and the status of each subscription.
  • Quotations Chart
    : The Quotations donut chart represents the total number of quotations in your account and the status of each quotation.
  • Consultations Chart
    : The Consultations donut chart represents the total number of consultations in your account and the status of each quotation.
Use the filter capabilities to find the request of your interest.
