Prerequisites
As a service provider, you must have the
Action Registry Admin
policy to distribute actions to your customer tenants.
Distributing action definitions
To distribute action definitions, follow these steps:
Click the
Main menu
on the left side of the page.
Select the
Actions
menu.
Click
Actions Onboarding
.
Select the
Published
tab.
Select the action definitions that you want to distribute and click the
Distribute Actions
button on the top.
Select the customers that you want to distribute the action definitions to and click
Distribute
.
Once an action definition is distributed to a customer tenant, you can see this reflected under the
Draft
tab, on the
Onboard Type
column as
Distributed
.
You are not able to distribute actions that are currently in
Draft
or
Retired
state, only when they are in Published state.
Recalling action definitions
To recall action definitions, follow these steps:
Access the
Actions Onboarding
page.
Select the
Published
tab.
Click the
overflow menu
next to the action that you want to recall.
Select
Detail
. The details page opens.
Select the customer tenant where you want to recall the action. A list of all customer tenants with distributed actions is displayed on a table at the bottom of this page.
Click
Recall
.
If you recall an action, as a service provider, and this action is being executed, you will not be able to perform the next action from the customer tenant.
You cannot retire an action if it has been distributed to a customer tenant. For this, you are required to recall the action from all customer tenants first, before retiring the action.
