MBO Metrics

Compute, Collect MBO metrics:
Few of MBO metrics are computed on every run, and some are collected from other indexes updated by earlier run computations. Also, the threshold is updated as another document for all the metrics.
Servers with uptime < 99%:
This metric is daily collected from already computed F1 metric and then recorded in MBO metric index against the module run date.
Incident Budget:
Incident Budget is daily computed for current month and previous month. Threshold is computed for each day by dividing total incident budget by day number in the month.
Corrective Closure:
Incident Remediation Corrective Closure is daily computed for current month and previous month.
Best Practice Deployments:
Best Practice successful deployment and Must Fix unsuccessful deployment metrics are daily collected from already computed On-Boarding portal metrics index and then recorded in MBO metric index against the module run date.
MBO Job in Delivery Insights pod:
MBO Job runs after F1 Dashboard metrics computation in Delivery Insight cron job.
