Partner Integration Partial integration

The partial integration level enables lightweight connectivity between Partner services and Kyndryl Bridge. It includes catalog publishing, consultation and quotation flows, broker registration, static widget integration, and demo environment setup.
Partial integration
This phase represents a minimal level of integration with Partner applications or tools, including white-labeling options. Partners connect to the Kyndryl Bridge Marketplace and Kyndryl Bridge Console primarily through URL-based access. Partner services are launched in a new browser tab or window, often with static widgets that do not feature dynamic or real-time data updates. At this level, the integration includes basic navigation links without tighter functional integration such as single sign-on (SSO).
Included features from the initial phase:
  • Catalog content creation
  • Consultation
  • Quotations
  • Hosting and connectivity with Partner application
Native launch UI integration
At this stage, the Kyndryl service client or Kyndryl-focused web UI is integrated in a “link and launch” manner, accessible via the global switcher > services in both the Kyndryl Bridge Console and Marketplace.
  • UI integration details:
    • The respective service URL is configured as a contribution to the subscription record.
    • Customers can navigate directly to the service from the global switcher > services link.
Advantages:
  • Simplified implementation:
    • This is the simplest and quickest approach for integrating Partner services.
  • Consistent theme:
    • The Kyndryl service adheres to the Kyndryl Bridge theme, ensuring a common visual experience for customers.
  • Direct access:
    • The subscription record includes the service’s URL, enabling straightforward navigation.
Disadvantages:
  • Disjointed user experience:
    • Launching the service in a separate browser tab creates a fragmented experience.
  • Design inconsistencies:
    • There is no guarantee that the Kyndryl service client or web UI will follow the consistent design and UX navigation patterns of Kyndryl Bridge.
