Partner integration plays a pivotal role in today’s interconnected business ecosystems, enabling efficient collaboration between Kyndryl and external partners to achieve shared objectives. This section outlines the importance of partner integration, its benefits, and key considerations for successful implementation.
Becoming a Kyndryl Bridge Partner
As a Partner, your primary goal is to integrate your application or product with the Kyndryl Bridge Console. This integration comprises sharing your core functions using APIs, enabling consumption by other Partner applications or Kyndryl Products and Offerings through Kyndryl Bridge.
The dedicated Kyndryl Bridge Partner Integration Team facilitates this process by developing API Gateways and Data Gateways for API-level and data-level collaboration. This integration allows eligible Kyndryl Bridge Common Services and Kyndryl Bridge Consumable Services to strengthen core product features. Similarly, the APIs of your product or service can be used by Kyndryl Bridge offerings and products to enhance Kyndryl Bridge offerings.
Kyndryl Bridge Partner Integration Levels
Kyndryl Bridge offers five levels of integration, tailored to the partner's integration maturity. Each level reflects the depth and scope of collaboration achievable with Kyndryl Bridge.
Level 1 - Core integration
Establish core API-driven data ingestion from partner applications into Bridge, enabling basic visibility. This level focuses on establishing foundational connectivity, initial data insights, and basic control over partner services at a customer level.
Features of the Core integration
Create a unified dashboard using partner applications data that can be pushed by partners or pulled by Bridge, either periodically or in real time.
Partners will have access to Kyndryl's sandbox to experiment with integration. They will also be able to access partner applications using a Bridge sandbox.
Initial set of APIs exposed through Bridge APIs for uniform access.
Bi-directional API integration for telemetry, metadata, and configurations.
Generate basic insights on customer data from partner applications using the dashboard on the Bridge Console

Bridge is an ecosystem of 250+ services serving 1,200+ customers. Partners have the opportunity to become part of the Bridge ecosystem and grow together.
Partner applications will appear in the Bridge application dropdown menu, allowing Bridge users to see the partner’s application name and launch it from Bridge’s single-pane-of-glass experience.

Ability to include standard APIs within the Bridge ecosystem, enabling customers to easily load partner data into Kyndryl Bridge and generate existing dashboards with insights and other solutions (for example, inventory). Level 2 – Enhanced collaboration
Integrate comprehensive, real-time data from partners into Bridge for intelligent correlation, predictive insights, and recommendations delivered to Bridge Go-to-Market Experience.
