This is the most advanced level of integration, designed for mature partnerships requiring deep collaboration and automation. Full Integration embeds Partner services directly within the Kyndryl Bridge platform, offering a seamless, unified experience. Users can interact with Partner applications without leaving the Kyndryl Bridge interface, with real-time data exchange, SSO-enabled access, and comprehensive role management. This level also enables advanced lifecycle management and co-development of enhanced features.

Definition:
The Value Add Layer enhances the integration between Kyndryl Bridge and Partner applications by creating new functionalities and improving existing features. These enhancements are designed to increase the usability and relevance of both the Partner application and Kyndryl Bridge, ultimately delivering greater value to end users.
Process:
  • Definition of Value Add Opportunities:
    Kyndryl’s Product Management (PDM) team works with the Partner Application team to define potential value additions for the integration.
  • API Identification:
    Collaborate to identify APIs for the Value Add Layer that can be exposed and consumed by Kyndryl Bridge services. These APIs should enable seamless interaction between the Partner application and Kyndryl Bridge, improving usability and functionality.
  • Feasibility Analysis for New Features:
    Kyndryl and the Partner Application team assess the feasibility of implementing new features, evaluating technical, operational, and business factors to determine if the proposed features align with the partnership goals.
