Understand how to import a language bundle to enable the language support option in the UI.
CAS Action content does not have language support set by default. The import option has been enabled to onboard the language support for all the Actions content applicable to all the Public Cloud providers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Alibaba) and private cloud such as vRA. This will help the CAS Actions Contents to be shown in their respective language by providing an import option as resource level to onboard the language pack.
Prerequisites
The following prerequisites must be met before translation bundles can be imported.
The Import Language option can only be performed by the Content Registry admin.
The export of the language bundle for single/multiple actions can only be performed by the Content Registry admin.
Importing the translation bundle
From the
Actions Admin
page, click the
Onboard action +
button.
Select the import action:
Import language bundle
.
Click
Continue
.
Upload the file. You can drag and drop or browse the file.
Click
Import
.
Once the translation has been imported, you can select the language from the drop down menu in the edit details page and manage configuration page.
Exporting the translation bundle
Select the action in draft status.
Click the
Overflow menu
.
Select the
Export
option.
Export the language bundle. Make sure to convert the bundle is in .zip format.
Click
Export
.
A message will be displayed whether the language has been exported or the operation has failed.
To delete the translation bundle
Select the action and click the
Delete
option.
Select the language bundle and select the filter.
Click
Delete
.
The service displays a message confirming the bundle has been deleted.
