Integrate a ServiceNow instance with a Enterprise Marketplace tenant.
Enterprise Marketplace supports the use of ServiceNow for the purpose of raising tickets to enable a variety of actions:
Provisioning service orders:
Users can provision orders from Enterprise Marketplace one at a time or
in bulk
, enabling the provision of multiple orders with a single request. In the case of bulk provisioning requests, users can complete a single request form and trigger the provision of multiple requests without interracting with Enterprise Marketplace directly.
Specify change request types:
When provisioning services from the ServiceNow portal, you can specify the change request type, Standard or Normal.
Trigger Day-2 Operations:
Using the ServiceNow portal you enable actions such as start, stop, power on, power off. For more information refer to Day-2 Operations.
