User onboarding

Learn how to onboard users to Kyndryl Bridge, including signing up, inviting users, and accessing the platform, whether for enterprise accounts.
The Kyndryl Bridge account model is designed for enterprise use. Each account represents a customer organization and contains all the data, permissions, and access rights associated with that enterprise.
An enterprise can have multiple accounts, managed by its administrators. Account administrators can add users directly or allow designated users to send invitations through the
Access management
page in Kyndryl Bridge.
Users can be associated with one or more enterprise accounts, allowing them to view and interact with data for their organization. When inviting a new user, administrators provide basic details such as an email address and assign the appropriate access group from the available list.
Invitees receive an email invitation and, after accepting it, can log in as users of that specific Kyndryl Bridge enterprise account. New users must complete registration and set up multi-factor authentication using their corporate email address.
After being added to the enterprise account, users must be granted access to each application they need. Application permissions are managed separately within Kyndryl Bridge. For more details, see Understanding IAM.

Accessing Kyndryl Bridge accounts

New users can join Kyndryl Bridge through an invitation from their enterprise account administrator. The invitation email includes a link that starts the activation process.
Once registration and authentication are complete, users can log in to Kyndryl Bridge with their corporate credentials and access the services associated with their account.
