User onboarding
After subscribing to the Continuous Controls Monitoring & Management dashboard, user onboarding is required to gain access to the Continuous Controls Monitoring & Management console. This step ensures that the right individuals have the necessary permissions to view and manage compliance data. Onboarding helps maintain security, proper governance and role-based access control for your organization.
To access the Continuous Controls Monitoring & Management dashboard from Kyndryl Bridge, you can sign up or register as an individual user or as a user on a customer account.
- If you choose to sign up as an individual user, you will get a personal account.
- If you need to sign up for a Customer Account, contact your Kyndryl account focal. The Kyndryl Delivery/Account team will invite you to the specific customer account.
New user sign-up
If you are new to Kyndryl Bridge, complete the following steps to create an account and subscribe to the Continuous Controls Monitoring & Management service:
- Sign up for a Kyndryl Bridge account using either:
- The standard Kyndryl Bridge registration process or a customer-specific registration link provided by Kyndryl.
- Enter your corporate email address, first name, last name and country code.
- Review and accept the consent agreement, then click Sign Up.
- On the next page, enter the password associated with the corporate email address you provided.
- Check your email inbox for the Kyndryl account activation message, then click Activate Kyndryl ID Account. After activation, you are redirected to the Kyndryl Bridge home page.
- Configure your preferred multi-factor authentication (MFA) method. If you prefer to set it up later, select Set Up Later.
- Open the Bridge Service Catalog.
- Search for Continuous Controls Monitoring & Management
- Select the service and click Subscribe.
- Complete any additional prompts required to confirm your subscription.
After the subscription is approved, the Continuous Controls Monitoring & Management dashboard becomes available from the Services menu, where you can begin monitoring controls, compliance status and cybersecurity risks across your environment.
Existing user sign in
For existing users, signing in is required every time you access your Kyndryl Bridge account:
- Go to the Kyndryl Bridge home page.
- Click the Sign-In dropdown menu at the top right corner.
- Select the Login option from the list and enter your company email ID.
- Click Next.
- Enter the password associated with your email account and click Verify.
- Authenticate the account using your preferred two-factor authentication method. You will now be redirected to the Kyndryl Bridge home page.
- Navigate the Bridge Service Catalog on your browser or application.
- Search for the Continuous Controls Monitoring & Management service.
- Click the Subscribe button to subscribe to the Continuous Controls Monitoring & Management service.
- Follow any additional prompts to confirm your subscription.
- Once subscribed, you will find the Continuous Controls Monitoring & Management dashboard available under the Services to choose from.
