Vulnerability Tab
The Vulnerability tab provides visibility into open vulnerabilities across network devices. Summary metrics and visualizations show vulnerability volume and severity, affected devices, vulnerable assets, vulnerability trends and device type distribution. Filters can be used to refine the displayed information by search criteria, severity and retention period.

Key components
The Vulnerability tab includes tools to search and apply different filters to narrow results. Under the general information, you find the global filter with the following tools:
- Search
- Severity level
- Retention period
- Custom Range

Search
The Search functionality is located at the beginning of the global filter. Use the Search box to locate specific information.

Severity level
The Severity Level filter is located in the global filter, next to the search box. You can select one option from the drop-down menu:
- All
- Critical
- High
- Medium

Retention
The retention period is set to 30 days as default; however, you can change it according to the period you like to filter:
- 7 days
- 14 days
- 30 days
- 60 days
- 90 days
- 180 days

Custom Range
The Custom Range allows you to filter by a specific date, month and year. Click on the calendar icon and select the start date and the end date.

Reset
The Reset button allows you to reset all of the filters to the default settings.

Summary cards
The Summary cards provide a snapshot of key vulnerability metrics for the account. The cards show the number of critical and high vulnerabilities, vulnerabilities that have been open for more than 30 days, affected devices, vulnerable assets and total open vulnerabilities.
- Critical Vulnerabilities: Displays the number of vulnerabilities classified as critical.
- High Vulnerabilities: Displays the number of vulnerabilities classified as high.
- Open for 30+ Days: Displays the number of vulnerabilities that have remained open for more than 30 days.
- Affected devices: Displays the number of devices associated with vulnerabilities.
- Vulnerable Assets: Displays the number of assets associated with vulnerabilities.
- Open Vulnerabilities: Displays the total number of open vulnerabilities.

Open Vulnerabilities chart
The Open Vulnerabilities chart displays the volume of open vulnerabilities over the selected retention time, grouped by severity. The horizontal axis represents the week, while the vertical axis represents the vulnerability volume. Separate lines represent Critical, High, Medium and Low severity levels, allowing you to compare vulnerability volumes and identify changes over time.
The chart contains the following elements:
Element | Description |
|---|---|
Week | Displays the time intervals represented in the chart. |
Volume | Displays the number of open vulnerabilities. |
Critical | Represents open vulnerabilities with a Critical severity level. |
High | Represents open vulnerabilities with a High severity level. |
Medium | Represents open vulnerabilities with a Medium severity level. |
Low | Represents open vulnerabilities with a Low severity level. |
View total tickets | Provides a toggle for viewing total ticket information in the chart. |
Legend | Identifies the color associated with each priority level. |
Click the View total tickets control on the top right to show information on the Total Open Vulnerabilities.

Vulnerability by Severity chart
The Vulnerabilities by Severity chart displays the volume of vulnerabilities grouped by severity level. The horizontal axis represents the Critical, High, Medium and Low severity levels, while the vertical axis represents the vulnerability volume. The chart provides a visual comparison of the number of vulnerabilities across severity levels.

The chart contains the following elements:
Element | Description |
|---|---|
Critical | Displays the volume of vulnerabilities classified as Critical. |
High | Displays the volume of vulnerabilities classified as High. |
Medium | Displays the volume of vulnerabilities classified as Medium. |
Low | Displays the volume of vulnerabilities classified as Low. |
Volume | Represents the number of vulnerabilities for each severity level. |

Top Network Devices with Open Vulnerabilities
The Top Network Devices with Open Vulnerabilities card displays a list of network devices associated with open vulnerabilities. The card provides a quick view of the device names, and the list can be scrolled to view additional devices.

Click the arrow on the card to access additional information in a tabular format; see Account Vulnerability Details Page Vulnerability Details Page for more information.
Device Type Distribution with Open Vulnerabilities
The Device Type Distribution with Open Vulnerabilities card displays the percentage distribution of devices associated with open vulnerabilities by device type. The doughnut chart provides a visual comparison of the device types represented in the vulnerability data.
