enables the users page to provide a centralized location for managing user access within a account from this section, administrators can invite and onboard kyndryl and non kyndryl users, assign access groups and permissions, monitor user and invitation status, update user memberships and remove users when access is no longer required this helps ensure that users have the appropriate level of access while maintaining secure and controlled account administration prerequisites to invite users to invite users in you must have the administrator role in the account valid email addresses (up to 10) must be available for each user access groups and any required roles should be predefined ensure understanding of which access groups apply to kyndryl vs non kyndryl users accessing the users page from the main menu , go to administration → → users viewing a list of users by accessing the users page, you are presented with three different cards providing relevant information for the account administrator the total users card displays the total number of users in your account the active users card displays the total number of active users in your account users who have not activated their account yet (pending status) are omitted from this total the pending invites card displays the total number of users who have not activated their accounts yet inviting new users administrators can invite both kyndryl and non kyndryl users to a account, assign them to access groups, and optionally apply access policies during the invitation process up to 10 users can be invited at a time, with the appropriate roles and permissions assigned upon onboarding this capability streamlines user onboarding, supports role based access management and helps ensure secure access through user validation status will change to active if the invite fails, detailed error messages will help identify the issue user invitation e mail an email invitation is automatically sent to the invited user with
