manage user invitations and permissions efficiently by using the page to invite new users, assign them to access groups, and handle their invitations the page allows you, as an account administrator, to invite new users to the kyndryl bridge account and manage their permissions quickly and efficiently inviting users allows your collaborators to start using the kyndryl bridge account with the access level you grant them access management only grants access to the kyndryl bridge account if you need access to a specific service, follow the steps described in understanding bridge access in the kyndryl named access groups because they are currently for internal use only service specific access groups, such as kyndryl , become available after the service subscription is activated account administrators must assign both a kyndryl bridge platform access role (viewer at a minimum) and a service specific access role resending invitation select the overflow menu next to the user that you want to resend the invitation to select resend invite confirm your action revoking invitation select the overflow menu next to the user from whom you want to revoke the invitation select revoke invite confirm your action by revoking the invite, the user is no longer able to activate the account using the email invitation link viewing details the invite details shows invitation sent and expiration dates, status, and access groups assigned to that user however, this option is only available to users with a pending invitation select the overflow menu next to the user that you want delete select delete user confirm your action you can delete users in bulk from the users tab simply check the box next to the users that you want to delete from this account, and select delete
