Understand how to get started as a Kyndryl Bridge partner
As a Kyndryl Bridge Partner, this topic will assist you enabling users to manage your services by granting appropriate privileges to those users based on their role within your organization. This is done through Access Groups, to which you can add and manage users (members). Once added, users receive an invitation to activate their membership in the Access Groups.
Process overview
As an administrator, determine who needs access and what level of authority does their role require.
Review the available Access Groups.
Add members as required based on the assessment in step 1.
The new member receives an e-mail invitation requesting they activate their account by clicking an embedded link.
