Landing page navigation

Learn about the specific navigation elements and menus for the different areas and pages of Kyndryl Bridge.

Global navigation elements

The Kyndryl Bridge has a top navigation at the top of all pages and across all the Kyndryl Bridge experience; This top navigation helps you to move around Bridge regardless of the area you are working on. Once you have logged-in with your Bridge account, the following navigation is available to you.
Navigation feature
Description
Services Switcher
This icon, located at the top left corner of the page, allows you to access all the services enabled for your account. To access the service of your preference, click this icon and select the name from the menu.
Kyndryl Bridge
Redirects you to the main page of the area you are currently exploring. To let you know where you are currently navigating, the area name is displayed next to the Kyndryl Bridge Logo.
My Console and Marketplace
This logo takes you back to My Console or Marketplace landing pages respectively. From Marketplace, you can switch to My Console by just clicking the correspondent icon and vice versa.  
Each landing page has different navigation elements. For additional details on My Console and Marketplace, review the navigation sections shown later on.
Account Switcher
This drop down menu allows you to switch between the different accounts that you are part of.
The Account Switcher dropdown also contains the Access Management page that allows you to manage user authorization by viewing and performing different actions. For additional details, visit the Access Management page.
Support
This drop down menu presents you with different actions.
  • FAQ: Redirects you to a list of the most frequently asked questions regarding Bridge and services available.
  • Create Support request: Redirects you to the support form for submitting issues. For more information, visit the create support tickets page.
  • Track your support request: Redirects you to support request page. For more information, visit the manage support tickets page.
The support functionalities are only available for logged-in users. To receive personalized support, create a Kyndryl Bridge account. For more information, visit Kyndryl Bridge Accounts.
User profile
Presents you with two different actions:
  • Logout: It allows you to log out from Bridge.
  • Console tour: Virtual tour designed for first-time users.  The console tour is only available from
    My Console
    pages. For more information, visit the tutorials page.

Marketplace navigation

If you click the marketplace icon, you will be redirected to the Marketplace. By default, this is the first page displayed after logging in to Kyndryl Bridge. Marketplace allows you to browse through available services and purchase them directly from the catalog. For more information, visit the discovering the catalog page.

View All Services
The
View All Services
button takes you to a catalog of all the services Kyndryl Bridge offers. Here, you can filter the services you want to acquire by checking the box next to one (or more) of the following categories:
  • Applications, Data and AI
  • Cloud Services
  • Digital Workplace
  • Security and Resiliency
  • Core Enterprise and zCloud
  • Network and Edge
Explore Categories
The catalog page provides easy access to the services categories. If you want to explore services within a categories, just click any of the tiles from the landing page. The services categories are:
  • Applications, Data and AI
  • Cloud Services
  • Digital Workplace
  • Security and Resiliency
  • Core Enterprise and zCloud
  • Network and Edge
You can also use the
Search
bar to look for an specific service available in the catalog.
Schedule a consultation
You can schedule a consultation with a Kyndryl expert who can provide any information you may need about our services. For more information, visit the scheduling a consultation page.
Customer stories
In the
Customer Stories
section of the landing page, you can view some customer success stories.

Console navigation

If you click the console icon, you will be redirected to My Console services.  By default, you will be redirected to the Home page (which displays My Dashboard) where you can view the most important information to handle your services. Hover the left corner to discover a secondary menu that allows you to access the following pages:

Home
This page allows to manage My Dashboard; you can add widgets, change settings, and add several dashboards to navigate to. This allows you to have full control of which dashboards and widgets you want to see in your dashboards view. For additional details, visit My Console.
App Manager
Retrieves a secondary menu where you can access IAM. For additional details, visit IAM.
Consultations
This page allows to view and manage consultations. For additional details, visit managing consultations.
Notifications
This page allows to view all notifications and be redirected to perform actions. For additional details, visit managing notifications.
Quotations
This page allows to view and manage quotations. For additional details, visit managing quotations.
Subscriptions
This page allows to view and manage subscriptions. For additional details, visit managing subscriptions.
Support Tickets
This page allows to view and manage all the support requests. For additional details, visit managing support tickets.
