cutoff process the cut off is the final step in migrating an account from aiops automation services (as) to bridge automation services (bas) it should be performed only after all migrated workloads have been reviewed and validated and the account has provided migration sign off prerequisites before initiating the cut off process, ensure that you have permission to execute the aiops automation services cut off catalog item migrated public and private catalogs have been validated successfully migrated schedules and event driven automations have been validated migration results have been reviewed the account has provided migration sign off migration readiness and validation status have been updated in the customer migration tracker the tracker includes stages for content validation, schedules and events validation, migration report validation, and cutover readiness the cut off process transitions automation operations from aiops automation services to bridge automation service after cut off is completed, legacy schedule based and event driven automation capabilities in as are disabled initiate the cut off when the aiops automation services migration catalog item is executed for the first time, the aiops automation services cut off catalog item is automatically created and activated for the account from the main menu , go to catalogs → orchestration catalog locate aiops automation services cut off select the catalog item select run review the execution details click submit to start the cut off process the cut off operation runs at the account level and affects all migrated automation assets associated with the account verify the cut off when the cut off process starts, a new workflow execution record is created in workflow executions from the main menu , go to services → platform services → bridge automation → workflow executions locate the aiops automation services cut off workflow execution monitor the execution status until the workflow completes review workflow logs, activities, and output parameters verify that all cut off activities completed successfully for detailed instructions on viewing workflow execution details, see verify migration status validate cut off results after the workflow completes successfully, verify that migrated schedules are enabled and operational in bas migrated event rules are enabled and operational in bas legacy schedules in as are disabled legacy event driven automation capabilities in as are disabled migration reports reflect the account's cut off status the cut off status and execution information are also reflected in the migration report the cut off also does not affect the epsa or kirs programs api requests to aiops automation services remain functional
