Operational Data
The Operational Data mode enables you to analyze operational data using conversational prompts. It’s designed for analytical use cases, allowing you to generate visual and tabular insights without complex setup.
Queries are one-time questions; you cannot ask follow-up questions. The interface shows charts and tables directly. It also gives starter prompts to help users begin their analysis.

Requirements
- Must be part of the ACME account
- Must belong to at least one of the KAIF access groups: KAIF Admin, KAIF Editor, KAIF Viewer.
- The Bridge account must have access to Artificial Intelligence for IT Operations.
- Access permissions to relevant operational datasets are required.
- Users without Artificial Intelligence for IT Operations access must request authorization before using this capability.
Limitations
- No follow-up questions are supported (single-turn interaction only).
- Only the English language is supported.
- Chat history is not stored.
