7.2 Developing Agents with Policy Configuration 

1. Agent developed as per the KAIF Agent development process -  

- **Global policies to be developed and configured** as part of the agent development process. Refer https\://docs.kyndryl.com/developing-policies for defining tenant level policies.  
- **Note:&#x20;**&#x44;eveloping Global policies documentation to be added as part of global policy planned feature release. 
- **Configuration \<needs Arch inputs>** 
- **Account policies to be developed and configured** 

# Activating and Customizing Global Policies by Accounts  

The global policies defined at the Kyndryl level will be available for account team to activate and customize them as per their business needs. Account users will activate the global policies for account usage.
