### Sub-resources view

A flexible mapping drill-dowm shows how Subsystems, Resources, Sub-Resources, and Applications connect. This will help us accurately represent real-world structures, enable shared resource use, and ensure a clear understanding of dependencies across applications and networks.

Sub-system details provides a detailed panel where users can:

- Search, filter, and select resources.
- View sub-resources and shared resources reused across multiple applications.
- Map sub-resources to applications directly
- Associate Subsystems and resources with multiple applications.
- Proceed to Application Mapping seamlessly.

## Viewing the subsystem details

:::hint{type="info"}
This option is only available when subsystems were injected containing resources.
:::

From the **Not mapped (Resource- Applications)** page, select a resource with an available susbsystem information (look for the down chevron). The **Subsystem details** panel opens. Users can view subsystem to resource relationship along with the following details:

- Subsystem resource identifier
- Subsystem resource type
- Subsytem name
- Application owner

If needed, you can refine your resource data results by clicking the **Filter** icon. An emerging window will appear where you can select the resource categories and subcategories you want to review and click **Apply**.
