use the subscriptions page to view and manage your kyndryl bridge service subscriptions you can monitor subscription status, review request details, and take actions based on the current stage of the subscription process accessing subscriptions from the main menu , go to → → subscriptions the subscriptions page displays the total number of subscriptions for your account, including an explore all services card, which redirects to the to explore the kyndryl bridge services subscriptions table the subscriptions table provides the following information order id unique identifier associated with your subscription request service name name of the service that you are interested in requesting a subscription for subscription package name of the service package that you are subscribing to date date when the subscription request was submitted submitted by email address of the user requesting the subscription status status of your subscription request actions ability to interact with your subscription request select the action that corresponds to your subscription status check the status of your request the subscription must be reviewed, approved, signed, and provisioned before the service can be used remember to use the pagination actions at the bottom of the page to navigate through all your subscription requests subscription status following is the list of possible statuses for the subscriptions, along with the actions you can take status description available actions draft your subscription request has not yet been submitted to the service provider team view request, resume request, delete draft, talk to an expert request submitted your subscription request has been submitted and is awaiting review by the service provider team view request, cancel request, talk to an expert generating contract the service provider team is preparing your contract view request, talk to an expert contract ready for review your contract is available for review and approval view request, talk to an expert contract signed the contract has been accepted and processing can continue view request, talk to an expert provisioning in progress the service provider team is enabling and configuring your service view request, talk to an expert active your subscription is active and the service is ready to use view request, go to service, cancel request, talk to an expert validating an existing subscription is being reviewed and validated before activation view request, talk to an expert activating your request to activate an existing service is currently being processed view request, talk to an expert denied your request to activate an existing service was not approved view request, talk to an expert expired your subscription has expired according to the contract terms view request, talk to an expert pending cancellation your cancellation request is under review by the service provider team view request, retry cancellation, talk to an expert canceled your subscription request was canceled before the contract was signed view request, talk to an expert action description action description view request opens the subscription details page, where you can review request information and available actions resume request returns to the subscription request process so you can complete and submit a draft request delete draft permanently removes the draft request and any saved configuration information cancel request initiates a cancellation request that is reviewed by a kyndryl representative retry cancellation resubmits a cancellation request if a previous attempt was unsuccessful go to service launches the subscribed service available only for supported services talk to an expert opens a consultation request to discuss the service with a kyndryl representative
