the infrastructure input is divided into the following sections to organize data logically customer details backup system and environment servers and devices protected tier protection for servers and devices customer details this page captures customer details as part of the assessment process the following fields are available \<font color="#ffffff"> field name \</font> \<font color="#e8ebee"> description \</font> customer opportunity number unique identifier for the customer opportunity this is a mandatory field customer name name of the customer organization this is a mandatory field country dropdown to select the customer’s country region dropdown to select the applicable region industry text input for specifying the customer’s industry kyndryl contact name of the kyndryl contact person for this assessment backup system and environment this section captures configuration details for backup infrastructure to calculate through tb/hr \<font color="#ffffff"> field name \</font> \<font color="#ffffff"> description \</font> select utilization (%) slider to set the percentage utilization of the backup system device dropdown to select the backup device type (e g , backup server, cloud, clean room, firewall etc ) number of device(s) numeric input specifying the count of devices in the environment bandwidth (gb/s) enter the bandwidth per device in gigabits per second ports number of ports available for data transfer port bonding dropdown to indicate if port bonding the options are backup or bonded derived tb/hr system calculations based on entered parameters actual tb/hr field to select the actual tb/hr all the fields listed in the table above are mandatory after entering all the mandatory input fields, click add device and click calculate tb/hr, to calculate the utilization servers and devices protected the servers and devices protected section is designed to capture detailed infrastructure information related to servers and devices under protection \<font color="#fffefe"> field name \</font> \<font color="#fffefe"> description \</font> server type dropdown to select the type of server (for example, vm, oracle, db2) number numeric input specifying the total count of servers of the selected type used (tb) numeric input for the amount of storage used in terabytes rebuilds numeric input indicating the number of rebuild operations required remote toggle switch to indicate if the server is remote or local options on/off bw gb/s numeric input for bandwidth in gigabits per second ports numeric input specifying the number of ports configured port bonding dropdown menu to select port bonding configuration the options are backup or bonded all the fields listed in the table above are mandatory after entering all the mandatory input fields, click add server type tier protection for servers and devices the tier protection section is used to define and configure protection tiers for servers and devices within the assessment \<font color="#ffffff"> field name \</font> \<font color="#ffffff"> description \</font> tier dropdown to select the protection tier (for example, tier 0, tier 1, tier 2, tier 3……tier 9) description enter a description defining the tier tag a tag name that represents a group of prioritized infrastructure % of environment numeric input representing the percentage of the environment covered by this tier expected rto recovery time objective expected for this tier, entered in hours or minutes validation field for specifying validation status or notes related to tier configuration actual tb/hr numeric value indicating the recovery in terabytes per hour all the fields listed in the table above are mandatory after entering all the mandatory input fields, click add tier click next to proceed to the following page click save to store the details you have entered
