Develop dashboard table view
view a tabular presentation of develop details a new dialog appears when you click on a technical service view details from the table view the technical service details view has tabs for overview, issue, defects and summary of issues and defects the following elements are displayed in this dialog at the top, the development activity is the name of the technical service in question below is the tool engine that displays the current engine tool the next item in the technical service details view is a time frame with the following selections 1d 1 day, last 24 hours 7d last 7 days 14d last 14 days 2m last 2 months 3m last 3 months 6m last 6 months custom duration a custom date range within 6 months two boxes containing the summary of the aggregate of defects (new, updated, closed) and issues (new, updated, closed) five tabs, which allow you to navigate further to ascertain a deeper level of detail for each of the following activity arenas overview (default) provides summary graphs listed in a subsequent bullet defects presents updated defect details table issues presents updated details table pull requests presents pull request details table contributors presents contributors details table summary graphs this section contains four graphs defects issues pull requests commits note the pull requests and commits graphs are not presented for jira technical services as mentioned in the content list, you can navigate to pages that provide further details in activities in each of the supported arenas the following list describes these details defects tab this table references the source engine for all updated faults for that technical service when you expand each row (if the problem includes tags), a chevron symbol appears next, indicating the tags applied to that fault the defects dialog presents a table with the following elements contributor's id or contributor name the name or id of the contributor depending on the tool you are using defect no the number of the defects linked to the defect in jira summary a brief description of the defect state current defect state open or close created date the date the defect was created updated date the date the defect was updated assignee the user the defect was assigned to created by the user that created the request note only the defect no and summary columns can be sorted, and above this table, you will find a search box that allows searching by defect no and a settings icon that allows changing the table settings to show or hide pre selected columns issues tab this tab offers a table concerning the source engine that displays all the updated problems for that technical service when you expand the issue, you'll see a chevron icon next to each row (if the issue includes tags), revealing the tags applied to it the issues dialog presents a table with the following elements contributor's id or contributor name the name or id of the contributor depending on the tool you are using issue no the number of the issue with a link to the source issue summary a brief description of the issue state current issue state open or close created date the date the issue was created updated date the date the issue was updated assignee the user the issue was assigned to created by the user that created the issue note only the issue no and summary columns can be sorted, and above this table, you will find a bitbucket, and azure devops and does not include jira this table displays all open pull requests for that technical service, with the pr number as a link to the source engine the pull request tab presents a table with the following elements pr number the number of the defects linked to the defect in jira pr summary a brief description of the defect created date the date the defect was created updated date the date the defect was updated created by the user that created the request note all columns can be sorted, and above this table, you will find a search box that allows searching and a settings icon that allows changing the table settings to show or hide pre selected columns contributor tab this table applies only to git and bitbucket the defects dialog presents a table with the following elements this table contains the names of contributors during the time period chosen, including the following contributor's id or contributor name the name or id of the contributor depending on the tool you are using commits the total number of commits per contributor line of code added the line number of the code that was added line of code deleted the line number of the code that was deleted this table contains the names of contributors during the time period chosen, including the following note some tools do not provide statistical support for lines added and deleted in such cases, the table displays the number of files modified this table contains the names of contributors during the time period chosen, including the following 7/14/30 days 3/6 months any custom timeframe not exceeding 180 days all columns can be sorted a search icon (magnifying glass) and a settings icon (gear) are located above the table on the right the settings icon enables displaying and hiding selected columns
