the pervasive dashboard is organized into multiple views that help you analyze incident data and operational trends follow these steps to access the dashboard and explore its available insights from the home → under aiops → dashboards → service management → pervasive dashboard dashboard tabs pervasive dashboard is organized into two tabs that provide complementary views of incident data use these tabs to analyze current incident metrics, identify recurring issues and track trends over time together, they help you gain a deeper understanding of incident activity and focus on areas that may require attention the dashboard contains the following tabs insights tab the insight tab includes a set of cards that provide a high level summary of key incident metrics for the selected reporting period these cards help you quickly assess incident volume, infrastructure coverage, ticket trends, and operational performance across your managed environment each card highlights a specific metric and can be used to identify recurring issues, evaluate incident impact, and focus attention on areas that may require further investigation or remediation the available insight cards include month year displays the reporting period for the data shown in the dashboard incidents per server and mainframe lpar per month (projected) shows the projected average number of incident tickets generated per server and mainframe logical partition (lpar) during the month total servers and mainframe lpars displays the total number of servers and mainframe lpars included in the analysis total tickets (projected) shows the projected number of incident tickets expected during the reporting period devices linked with tickets displays the number of unique devices associated with incident tickets total ticket count shows the total number of incident tickets included in the analysis mttr incl hold displays the average mean time to resolution (mttr), including periods when tickets were in a hold state mttr excl hold displays the average mean time to resolution (mttr), excluding periods when tickets were in a hold state auto ticket shows the number of incident tickets that were created automatically through monitoring and automation processes in addition to the summary metrics displayed in the insight cards, the insights tab provides detailed widgets and reports that help you analyze incident activity, identify recurring issues and understand the factors contributing to incident volume across your managed environment the insights tab includes the following widgets top 25 devices identifies the devices associated with the highest number of incident tickets top 25 device functions highlights the device functions generating the most incident activity week wise trend displays ticket volume trends by week month wise trend displays ticket volume trends by month auto vs manual tickets created and resolved compares automatically generated tickets with manually created tickets and their resolution trends day wise category trend shows how incident categories change over time day wise priority trend displays incident volume trends by priority level service line analysis identifies the service lines generating the highest number of incident tickets opco analysis shows ticket distribution by operating company (opco) top devices on issues highlights the devices most frequently associated with recurring issue categories top issues on devices identifies the most common issues affecting specific devices top 50 categories displays the incident categories with the highest ticket volumes assignment group analysis shows ticket distribution across assignment groups incidents created heatmap visualizes when incidents are created by day and hour incidents resolved heatmap visualizes when incidents are resolved by day and hour top 25 applications identifies applications associated with the highest incident volumes category wise time to resolve displays resolution times across incident categories to help identify areas requiring attention incident details provides a detailed, filterable list of incidents included in the analysis this detailed view complements the summary metrics presented in the insight cards, enabling deeper investigation into incident patterns, operational hotspots, and opportunities for service improvement trends tab the trends tab provides a historical view of incident activity and key operational metrics over time use this tab to monitor changes in incident volume, track ticket budgets, analyze incident rates relative to the managed infrastructure and identify patterns that may indicate recurring issues or emerging trends the trends tab includes the following widgets incidents per server and mainframe lpar per month data displays monthly metrics, including the number of incidents per server and mainframe lpar, total managed servers and lpars, and total ticket volume incidents per server and mainframe lpar per month visualizes the relationship between incident volume, server population and the calculated incident rate over time incident ticket budget (progress mtd and projection) tracks month to date ticket volume against the monthly ticket budget and forecasts projected ticket activity through the end of the month incident budget exhausting point shows how the remaining incident budget changes throughout the month, helping identify when ticket volume exceeds or approaches planned thresholds together, these trend visualizations help teams understand how incident activity evolves over time, assess whether ticket volumes are within expected limits and identify areas that may require proactive investigation or remediation generate url this option is available in both the insights and trends views of the pervasive dashboard the generate url option creates a shareable link to the current dashboard view, including any selected filters and settings you can use this link to quickly return to the same
